Manufacturer Warranty
If the product has a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions of repair and after-sales service are determined by this warranty. The user of the product is obliged to follow the recommendations of the manufacturer, if they are described in the instructions or warranty card for the product. In the event of careless handling during use, mechanical damage or non-compliance with the temperature and climatic conditions of operation, the user may lose the right to free repair or replacement of the goods. The cause of the malfunction, the possibility and necessity of repairing or replacing the product in its entirety or its individual parts is determined by the manufacturer of the product, its distributor or a service center authorized by them. The terms and conditions of the warranty are indicated on the Warranty tab of the description of each product, the contacts of service centers can be found on the website of the manufacturer or distributor. Periodic maintenance and consumables are not included in the warranty service obligations, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product description, its instructions or warranty card. In the event of breakdowns or malfunctions detected during operation after the expiration of the warranty period, the manufacturer or distributor provides paid post-warranty service for the goods until the expiration of the life or complete wear of the goods. The cost of work is determined by the manufacturer, distributor or authorized service center and must be agreed with the owner before work is performed. Using the services of unauthorized service centers deprives the consumer of the right to free warranty or paid post-warranty service.
Return within 2 weeks in case of malfunction
If the product is not covered by the warranty period, in the event of a malfunction, it can be replaced within two weeks from the date of purchase. The decision to replace the product is made by the manufacturer of the product, its distributor or an authorized service center.
Return of remotely purchased goods within 2 weeks
In the case of a individual distance sale of consumer goods, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within two weeks from the receipt of the goods, even if the goods are fully functional. The returned goods must not show signs of use, the disposable packaging must not be broken, there are restrictions on the return of individual products for hygiene reasons. Companies do not have the right to unreasonable return of goods. Professional and discounted goods are not subject to exchange and unreasonable return. Please consult the seller's staff in advance about the restrictions on unreasonable returns in case of any doubt, or choose a product when buying from an offline store.
Shipping
Delivery of goods is a separate paid service and is not included in the price of the goods.
For long-distance deliveries, the store www.CodaMusic.ru uses the services of specialized shipping companies and insures damage in case of loss in transit.
Upon receipt of the goods sent by the transport company, carefully check the integrity of the received packaging.
The transport company and the insurer are not responsible for the cargo after the waybill is signed by the recipient.
At the same time, the transport company is not responsible for the contents of the box; if the packaging is not broken, the store is responsible for its contents.
If you order delivery yourself, the store is responsible for the safety of the goods only until the moment of shipment to the carrier.
From the same moment, obligations for warranty and non-warranty return and maintenance of goods are counted.
In the event of a product malfunction during the warranty period, the delivery of the product to the warranty workshop is carried out by the company or the user as agreed.
Shipping costs are halved unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
In the case of out-of-warranty service or normal periodic maintenance, the owner of the goods bears all freight costs.
In the event of an unjustified return of the goods, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
The cost of services for the delivery of goods to the buyer, if it is indicated in the invoice as a separate line, is not refundable.
